Training in the use of a Defibrillator and the performance of C.P.R. will take place early in the new year ,there are still a few of places available on the course. We propose to hold this course ,along with a refresher one for those who trained last year , on a Saturday ,this will enable students or those working away during the week to take part if they wish. As there are now two Defibrillators available for use in the Parish and for "Best outcome" they need to be used within 10 minutes of a person suffering a cardiac arrest, it is very important for as many as possible to be familiar with these lifesaving devices.
