Beautiful sunshine on a glorious winter’s day guided Boatmen from Killeshandra Town Lake to the Drumlane Bar in Milltown for a good ould seisun, barbeque and prize draw. Francie Rudden and Trad musicians Donal Reilly & Co played tunes til the wee hours to the delight of all the buckleppers. The ever popular Eamon Maguire also gave some top quality recitations. As per usual, organisers Matt Brady, Ciaran O’Reilly, Matt Fitzgerald and company kept the visiting boatmen from near and far, and other revellers well fed and watered.
Special thanks goes out to Seamus and Monica O’Reilly who also put on a lavish spread.
