Hosted at Drumlane Bar, with music entertainment provided by the Havanna Showband, the night saw awards presented to Shane McGurren, Junior Player of the Year, Ciaran O¢¬¢Reilly, Intermediate Player of the Year, and a special presentation to newlyweds Martin and Josephine McIntyre.
There was also an ovation for newly appointed senior team selector Seamus McConnell, who was announced as Club Person of the Year for his work carried out in 2009, particularly in his keeping of the grounds at O¢¬¢Connell Park in Milltown.
