Hello everyone, Milltown Foroige club held an interclub disco on 11th December, which turned out to
be a huge success, all 22 Foroige clubs in Cavan attended the disco. Well
done to the committee who organized the event and members who came early to
get the hall decorated, the hall looked great and got everyone in the
festive cheer. We would like to thank the Santa Committee for their help
with the decorations, thanks also to members of the Community Partnership
for their help on the night. On Saturday some members mustered up some
energy to make Christmas Wreaths, we ran short on time but managed to make
40 wreaths and were all sold after Mass. Many thanks to Ciaran O’Reilly for
allowing us the use of the Club Room for the wreaths. On Sunday 20th &
Tuesday 22nd members met to decorate the Churches for Christmas, this
brought us to the end of 2009 for Foroige.
We are looking forward to a fun packed 2010, Foroige will be starting back
on the 15th January.
