Camp Craft and Survival Skills Camp
Our camp craft programmes teach all the skills needed for remote camping and include tent pitching, equipment, building temporary shelters and emergency shelters from natural materials, camp safety, cooking outdoors and the ¢¬Ë Leave no Trace’ principles.
Dates: Tuesday 6th July to Friday 9th July (inclusive) 14 year old +

Kayak Instruction
ICU Level 1 Kayak Proficiency Skills Course
Date: Saturday 17th July 10am~4pm (1 day)

First Aid Training – REC Level 2 (Rescue & Emergency Care)
It is vital that people who participate in Kayaking and Canoe sports on a regular basis have a
good knowledge of First Aid. REC 2 is two day certified course. On this course the focus is on dealing with incidents far from medical help with the minimal equipment you would carry while
participating in or leading outdoor activities.
Dates: Saturday 10th and Sunday 11th July
Cost: ¢¬110 for 2 day course and certification
Eskimo Roll Clinic
Learn this essential white water skill in a beautiful outdoor environment. With a low student to instructor ratio you can be assured of personal attention. All essential equipment is provided.
Date: Saturday 31st July
Session times: 10.00am, 11.30am, 2pm, 3.30pm

Paddle Power Passport Summer Camp
Age: 8 +
Dates : (Mon-Friday) inclusive

Paddle Power Discover Summer Camp
For participants who have previously achieved paddlepower passport certificate or equivalent.
Date: 9th to 13th August (Mon-Friday) inclusive
Time: 10.00am-3.00pm

Lough Oughter Canoe Trails
Travel with us for a fun and easy paddle around the Lough Oughter Waterways. After an introductory Canoeing lesson explore exciting aspects of local geology, archaeology, wildlife and history in this intriguing area of the Marble Arch Caves Global Geopark. Prior booking necessary.
Kayak/ Canoe Hire
Enjoy a relaxing tour of Lough Oughter Waterways which are tailor made for Canoeing or
Kayaking with a variety of rivers and lakes to choose from. Our Canadian Canoes for hire are easily manoeuvred by two people. Our centre also offers you the opportunity to hire either single
or double kayaks.
Family/ Friends Activity Days
Canoeing and kayaking enables people of all ages and abilities to enjoy the outdoors learn a new skill and view nature from a very unique setting.
