Milltown Foroige Club On the December 17 and 18 we sold our Christmas Wreaths in Staghall & Milltown, many thanks to everyone for your support. We decorated both
churches the same weekend and well done to the members for their work. We
broke for the Christmas holidays and started our new year on 13th January.
Its been all go since we came back, our winning quiz team of Caroline
Rooney, Declan Lunney & Ciaran Seagrave went to represent the club at the
Foroige Quiz final held in the Backyard, Cavan on the January 20. Although
they didn’t win any prizes they put in a strong effort at the quiz and had a
great night with a karaoke afterwards. We are currently getting ready for
the Foroige Factor to be held in March, we are tossing with a few ideas the
most popular so far is a dance routine, we will keep you posted as to our
efforts in the coming weeks….
