Milltown For³ige had a busy Christmas this year. In November we began planning, and making wreaths and Christmas logs. The club decorated the two churches in our parish for the festive season. Santa visited Milltown on Sunday 11th December and it was a great success. We prepared a grotto for Santa’s arrival from the North Pole. There were many stalls set up and activities organised for the children such as nerf guns, arts and crafts, hair braiding and Xbox games. All the wreaths, logs and Christmas cards we had made we sold on this day. We would like to say a big thank you to all who sponsored the spot prizes, Belturbet Fire Brigade and An Garda Siochana. We look forward to a busy new year ahead.
